Picture it Brooklyn, 1999, I was about 15 years old and one of my friends at the time had some lipgloss, and it was amazing. It was mocha, chocolatey, with some glitter reflects and just the right amount of shine. At the time I was rocking various lipsticks and gloss combo's but nothing came close to this. It was freaking wonderful, it was Oh Baby! by MAC. Prior to that I had never heard of MAC. So I had to play it cool (didn't want her to know I was a MAC virgin) but I immediately switched my hips to Macy's (which was the nearest MAC counter) and got my fix and then some. The MAC girl introduced me to the best gloss coverage since fried chicken...clear lip glass. With that Oh Baby! and clear glass I was the shit!
You could see my lips for days. My lips had never been so excited (not even for my first kiss!). From that moment on Oh Baby! has always had a special place in heart and my makeup bag and will always be apart of the makings of me! ; )
